A living tribute to Lores Bellei, the first mentor of the Acetaia del Cristo. His passion and knowledge were a beacon for Eugenio Barbieri and Otello Bonfatti, allowing them to learn the secrets of the Balsamic art and pass them on in turn.

His gentle spirit still hovers today in the attics of the Acetaia, almost as if to suggest his experiences to his grandchildren, rather than watching over the extraction from his barrels from 1850. Of the 16 bottles of this exclusive selection, each extraction is a careful gesture that evokes the presence of Bellei and the people dear to us who are no longer with us.
