Acetaie Aperte 2023 - Sunday 24th September 2023

We are waiting for you to discover the secrets of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP.

A day dedicated to complete visits, curiosities and technical explanations, historical anecdotes about the Acetaia, but also tastings and the possibility of purchasing products directly in the shop.

And then tastings of typical products paired with Balsamic Vinegar such as: fried gnocco, local salami, Parmigiano Reggiano, ice cream and Vanni's Porchetta!

Extra: at midday Pumpkin, Ricotta and Spinach Tortelloni paired with Balsamic Vinegar.

Ticket cost €5.00 – free for children up to 14 years of age.

To participate you must book your ticket by choosing below:

1- the desired time for the guided tour
2- indicating the presence of children (up to 14 years of age) and their access to the children's area.
Two guided tours for children are also available, from 11.00 to 12.00 and from 16.30 to 17.30 conducted by Teacher Silvia. Guided tours for children are free but must be booked below.
With a program like this, one can only participate in Acetaie Aperte 2023 in Acetaia del Cristo.
