Very noble vinegar aged for over 25 years in barrels of the noblest of woods; OAK from which it has extracted a bright amber tone, fragrant and sweet notes of vanilla and spices combining them with the typical characteristics and consistency of an Extra-Old Balsamic Vinegar.
Intense, sensual and voluptuous on the nose, it offers hints of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins, spicy notes. It fills the palate, unfolds in prolonged and fine balsamic shocks of measured sweetness and acidity perfectly integrated into a complex body.
