This exquisite Vinegar aged over 25 years in MULBERRY vats has developed clashing sweet and sour tones typical of white mulberries and combined them with the typical characteristics and texture of Extra-Old Balsamic Vinegar.
Aromatic Notes:
Fresh fragrances of mulberries fill the palate and convey an exceptionally complex texture with a sumptuous Balsamic profile. Its excellent balance and consistent body are markedly persistent.
