This site is aimed at promoting the products of Acetaia del Cristo – agricultural undertaking – and their sale on line. Said service is reserved by Acetaia del Cristo – agricultural undertaking – for final users who may not place orders aimed at the subsequent sale of the products of Acetaia del Cristo – agricultural undertaking.

1. On-line purchases
   Purchases made via www.shop.acetaiadelcristo.it are governed by the present terms of sale and by the different terms reported in the site on the date when the contract is signed pursuant to article 50 and following articles of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206 dated 6th September 2005, dealing with the protection of consumers with reference to remote contracts, as well as the Italian Legislative Decree n. 70 dated 9th April 2003 on e-commerce. The present general terms are to be considered an integral and substantial part of the contract. Customers are invited, before they place the order, to carefully read the general terms and information described herein by printing or saving them on a lasting and accessible support. The placement of the order amounts to the acceptance of the terms of sale currently enforced. The articles illustrated in the website may be purchased, provided that stock at hand is available, by customers older than 18 years of age. The order may be delivered to the most convenient location: home address, office, third parties.
2. Prices
   Prices listed in www.shop.acetaiadelcristo.it include VAT and only refer to products sold on-line. The prices applied when the order is placed shall not change owing to subsequent promotions or rises.
   The amount due according to the terms of delivery and the relevant delivery costs shall be added to the total order value.
   The tax documents issued by Acetaia del Cristo – agricultural undertaking – shall be delivered with the products.
3. Products – features – availability
   The characteristics of the products are those illustrated in the online catalogue and visible when the order form is filled. www.shop.acetaiadelcristo.it presents all its products as truthfully and accurately as possible. Colours and other aesthetic characteristics displayed may undergo changes owing to the customer’s display or other reasons for which Acetaia del Cristo – agricultural undertaking – may not be held responsible. 4. Forwarding and deliveries
   Customers may choose one forwarding agent among those available in the country where the goods must be delivered. Consequently, delivery costs shall vary depending on the selected forwarding agent and time of delivery. The total amount of the order shall be visible before proceeding to confirm the purchase. Orders shall be processed during the first useful working period for delivery purposes. The delivery shall take place within one week maximum (unless a different date has been previously agreed with our Customer Service).
   The forwarding agent shall deliver the goods directly to the address chosen at the time of the purchase. In case of failed delivery (misunderstanding between customers and forwarding agent) the Customer Service shall endeavour to reach an agreement on the subsequent procedure as soon as possible. www.shop.acetaiadelcristo.it is not responsible for any delay caused by the forwarding agent. Upon receiving the parcel, the Customer shall check the following:
   • the parcels reported in the waybill or invoice should match the parcels being delivered
   • the parcel must be whole and undamaged: any claim must be notified to the forwarding agent by reporting the label “Accepted pending verification”; else the parcel is considered correctly delivered.
5. Cancelling and changing an order
   Following unexpected logistic and organisational pRoblems, Acetaia del Cristo – agricultural undertaking – reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the cancellation by email or, following an agreement, to change the terms of delivery.
6. Liability
   www.shop.acetaiadelcristo.it undertakes to operate as carefully as possible.
   Acetaia del Cristo – agricultural undertaking – may inadvertently make technical or substantial mistakes or inaccuracies and/or misprints.
   www.shop.acetaiadelcristo.it reserves the right to change or modify the website any time this is deemed necessary without notice.
   www.shop.acetaiadelcristo.it does not guarantee that the information contained in its website comply with the laws of every country or that the sale of the products illustrated in the site is permitted in all jurisdictions.
7. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
   Pursuant to art. 55, second paragraph, letter c) of the Consumers’ Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded since the products of Acetaia del Cristo – agricultural undertaking –, owing to the nature of the goods, may not be returned and risk to deteriorate or be modified rapidly.
   A package containing different products makes up a single unit of sale; therefore, that package is to be considered as a single product. Consequently, if a package includes perishable goods, it shall be considered as a perishable whole unit, which may not be subject to partial return.
