Forwarding and Deliveries

Customers may choose one forwarding agent among those available in the country where the goods must be delivered. Consequently, delivery costs shall vary depending on the selected forwarding agent and time of delivery. The total amount of the order shall be visible before proceeding to confirm the purchase. Orders shall be processed during the first useful working period for delivery purposes. The delivery shall take place within one week maximum (unless a different date has been previously agreed with our Customer Service).
The forwarding agent shall deliver the goods directly to the address chosen at the time of the purchase. In case of failed delivery (misunderstanding between customers and forwarding agent) the Customer Service shall endeavour to reach an agreement on the subsequent procedure as soon as possible. is not responsible for any delay caused by the forwarding agent. Upon receiving the parcel, the Customer shall check the following:

  • the parcels reported in the waybill or invoice should match the parcels being delivered
  • the parcel must be whole and undamaged

any claim must be notified to the forwarding agent by reporting the label “Accepted pending verification”; else the parcel is considered correctly delivered.
