When the Ancient Modenese Tradition reaches celestial notes; production is limited to a few cruets each year, obtained from very ancient, centuries-old barrels. The sampling is carried out alternately from each of the barrels that make up the whole of the Paradise attic, obtaining a product whose personality, always of great impact, leans now towards the decisive refinement of the juniper, now towards the soft sweetness of the cherry tree.

In the 2023 edition Maria Luisa Bergamini, our family artist, reproduces a detail of the pier of Modena Cathedral.

This reproduction is our very personal way of thanking those who built and bequeathed this grandiose example of Romanesque architecture to us Modenese; a representation that we hope will intrigue our customers and encourage them to visit Modena and our Acetaia.

Inside the package you will find the Giugiaro Design cruet with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO - Extravecchio "il Favoloso!" PARADISE 2023 collection, the tasting spoon, a special certificate of belonging to the vintage lot and the recipe booklet in 5 languages.

From year to year the scent and the prevailing note vary and surprise with the balsamic intensity released by a complex texture of sweet and spicy aromas. Total capture of the senses is guaranteed.
