This sublime fruit of the Ancient Tradition of Modena has been passed on for several generations within the Barbieri family. It is directly derived from ultracentenary barrels.
Hand-PAINTED Wooden Box
A noble hand-painted package made of wood. It is reserved for our most precious selections. Inside, You will find a Tasting Spoon, an ad hoc certificate stating that it belongs to the very same limited lot and a recipe book in five languages.
Aromatic Notes:
It is characterised by very intense Balsamic tastes and aroma which are valuable, complex and harmonious, certainly difficult to find in other types of Traditional Vinegar.
